Tanba Fresh Milk Liqueur

I bought this with some other alcohol and made a milk pudding using the recipe on the sake magazine! It was a delicious pudding and I ate way too much of it. I couldn't imagine that I was actually drinking alcohol at all.

It's so good on the rocks, you can taste the milk at first, then the alcohol, and then the milk aftertaste again.

I'd like to order it again with some other liqueurs when it runs out.

I was so happy because I love milk to begin with!

It tastes like milk with a bit of sweetness (I think because of the honey).
It was delicious straight as is, but I like Calpis with milk, so I added Calpis and it was a hit. The alcohol feeling was removed, so it was easier to drink, and the variety of the Calpis increased.

This time I got it from the random lottery. But next time I will definitely order it on its own.
I'm not a hardcore sweet tooth, but I think it's a good choice for after dinner dessert.

It can be drunk with milk liqueur alone, but as it has a slightly bitter taste that is unique to the sake, we recommend to divide it with coffee milk!
If you divide it in a 1:1 ratio of liqueur:coffee milk, you will end up with a very tasty Kahlua milk-like liquor.
It is a sweet liqueur, so I recommend it for those with a sweet tooth.

It's sweet, but the alcohol comes later and tightens it up.

I've been drinking it on the rocks and it's gone fast, so I'll be buying a bigger bottle next time.

The alcohol is so strong you can't imagine it from its pretty appearance!
I couldn't drink it straight as I'm not a big drinker, so I mix it with more milk, or with black tea, or with coffee. It works well with all of them and it was delicious!
